Maximiliano’s earliest memories are linked to Flavor. He was only three years old when he was inspired by a cute little perfume that belonged to his father. Since then, his passion for perfume and Flavor, and his love for his homeland, Argentina, have been growing, day by day.
More than a perfumer / Flavorist, Maximinliano is an artist who illustrates his passion for Flavors in each of his creations, thus reaching the viewer through an aromatic and sensory experience, moving in their palates to the memories of life.
While every flavor Maximiliano creates has a little piece of Argentina, he is also inspired by the vivid colors and intense aromas of his world travels.
Therefore, he created a beautiful line of GUSTEAU’S Bakery Emulsion that remains in his heart.
This creation also pays tribute to his son Valentino and his wife Sandra, remembering that unattainable perfume for his family, which was the beginning of his love for flavors!

For Gusteau’s creation, he focused on every detail: from the flavor notes to the bottle design. The hermetically sealed lid is a tribute to the time he spent blending essences and creating these vivid flavors that make up GUSTEAU’S signature lines of emulsions.
The front of the bottle is decorated with the name suggested by Valentino, the son of Maximiliano and Sandra, which sounds exuberant and cheerful, just like the design and aromas of its creation.
